When the ZYB residual oil pump transports liquids containing impurities, the working life of the ZYB residual oil pump is 2-10 times longer than that of ordinary gear pumps. The appearance, installation dimensions and technical parameters of the ZYB residual oil pump are the same as those of the KCB series gear pump. ZYB residual oil pump is suitable for transporting heavy oil, diesel, coal tar with a temperature not higher than 200°C and a viscosity not greater than 150mm2/S containing non-metallic impurities, as well as media with impurities and low lubrication in industries such as grain and oil, chemicals, building materials, and daily chemicals.

ZYB residual oil pump is suitable for occasions requiring stable working pressure and long-term continuous operation. For example: ZYB residual oil pumps are not suitable for transporting corrosive, metallic impurities, sand and gravel impurities with particle diameters greater than 3mm, and media with high volatility and low flash point in lubrication systems, fuel delivery and injection in fuel combustion systems. Such as: gasoline, benzene, etc.

ZYB residual oil pump is suitable for transporting media with poor lubricity, temperature not exceeding 200°C, and viscosity greater than 1500 cst. It is especially suitable for transporting media containing fine particles, such as the transportation and pressurization of residual oil, coal tar, floor oil, foam raw materials and edible oil containing additives.
