YCB series arc gear pump adopts double arc sinusoidal tooth shape. During the gear meshing process, there is no relative sliding between the tooth profile surfaces, and there is no wear on the tooth surfaces and the operation is smooth. All pump parts are carefully cast.

YCB series arc gear pump is equipped with safety valve and overload protection. In addition, the thermal insulation pump has a hollow interlayer, which can heat, preserve and cool liquids and pumps transported by heat transfer oil, steam, hot water and other media.

Purpose: YCB series arc gear pumps are suitable for conveying non-corrosive lubricating oil or other liquids with similar properties, free of solid particles and fibers, at temperatures not higher than 80℃ and with a viscosity of 5×10-6～1.5×10-3m2/s (5～1500cst), and for use in hydraulic transmission systems. The pump is equipped with a safety valve for overload protection. Its full-return pressure is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure and can be adjusted as required within the allowable discharge-pressure range. The safety valve must not be used continuously as a pressure-reducing valve; install a separate valve in the pipeline if needed. Shaft-end sealing may be mechanical or packed, according to operating conditions and user requirements. Viewed from the projecting end of the main shaft toward the pump, rotation is clockwise.
