Product Description
The YHCB vehicle-mounted arc pump is composed of double arc gears. It is a new product that adapts to the development of industrial oil pump needs. It is a high-performance gear pump with the characteristics of large flow, high lift, small size, self-priming, easy installation and maintenance. The pump can rotate forward and reverse, and the oil inlet and outlet are determined according to the direction of rotation.
YHCB vehicle-mounted arc pump is mainly suitable for transporting liquids with a viscosity of 5-1500cst, which does not contain solid particles and is non-corrosive. Such as: gasoline, kerosene, diesel and mechanical lubricating oil, which are the pump types for oil tanks, automobiles and petroleum departments.
The YHCB vehicle-mounted arc gear pump is a type of oil pump, which occupies a large part of the oil pump. The YHCB series arc gear pump is mainly suitable for transporting lubricating liquids, and there are requirements for the transported liquid. Generally, the temperature should not be higher than 70 degrees Celsius. It should be noted that this YHCB series arc gear pump is not suitable for transporting some corrosive liquids, or liquids containing impurities or highly volatile liquids.
Maintenance of YHCB vehicle-mounted arc pump:
1. When the arc gear pump is to be stopped, close the gate valve first. pressure gauge and then stop the motor.
2. When the arc gear pump is used in cold winter, after parking, it is necessary to unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the pump body to drain the medium. Prevent frost cracking.
3. Regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve. If the wear becomes severe, replace it in time.
4. During the operation of the arc gear pump, the bearing temperature must not exceed the ambient temperature of 35C, and the maximum temperature must not exceed 80C.
5. Check whether the pipelines and joints are loose. Turn the gear oil pump by hand to see if the gear oil pump is flexible.
6. Add bearing lubricating oil into the bearing body. Observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark. The lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in time.
7. Unscrew the water diversion plug of the gear oil pump body and fill it with water diversion (or slurry diversion).
8. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and vacuum gauge of the water outlet pipe.
9. Jog the motor to see if the motor direction is correct.
10. Start the motor. When the gear oil pump operates normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and vacuum pump to see if they show appropriate pressure. Then gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load at the same time.
11. Try to control the flow rate and head of the arc gear pump within the range indicated on the signboard, and only by operating the arc gear pump at the rate point can you obtain the greatest energy-saving effect.
12. If the arc gear pump is found to have abnormal sounds, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause.
13. The arc gear pump should change the lubricating oil every 100 hours within one month of operation, and then every 500 hours thereafter.
14. Frequently adjust the packing gland, and the leakage in the packing chamber is normal (it is better to leak out in small drops).
