1: Working characteristics

3RP food hygiene pump is a rotary rotor pump, which has the characteristics of long service life and fast operation. Due to the adoption of the three-page gear classification concept, the range of conveying media of the cam rotor pump has been greatly expanded, such as suspended liquid media with solid particles. A pair of synchronously rotating transmission gears drive the cam rotor to rotate to complete the conveyance of the target medium. The sealing kit part can be selected as a packing seal or a mechanical seal according to different conveying requirements. The cam rotor pump uses a cast iron gear box and heavy-duty bearings to protect the service life of the product.

1. Stainless steel material---suitable for transporting corrosive liquid media in the chemical industry and liquid media with hygienic requirements in the food industry. The operating temperature is -30℃--180℃. The medium viscosity is 30-100000cst.

2. Cast iron material----suitable for industrial working conditions or petrochemical working conditions, operating temperature is -30℃--180℃. The medium viscosity is 30-100000cst.
