The WCB gear pump is a low-pressure miniature portable energy-saving oil pump. It is suitable for oil transfer from oil drums in sales units without power supply, oil transfer in refineries, power plants, power stations, substations (rooms) and oil depots, and thin oil transfer in thin oil lubrication systems.

The WCB gear pump can transport clean neutral oil with a viscosity of 1-8°E (for example: engine oil, kerosene, diesel and other mineral oils and vegetable oils) from one container to another. It can improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity, so it is suitable for oil transportation in commerce, industry, agriculture and other industries.

Preparation before starting the WCB gear pump

1; Check whether each fastener rotates flexibly and whether there is any jamming.

2; Check whether the oil pump is rotating.

3; Is the power supply part normal?

4; Whether the inlet and outlet oil pipe joints are tightened, and whether the oil suction height and lift exceed the specified requirements.

5; When the oil inlet pipe is inserted into the oil drum, the pipe opening must not be higher than the oil level to prevent air from entering.

Maintenance of WCB gear pump during operation

1; Check whether there is heat in various parts of the oil pump.

2; When it is found that the oil pump has abnormal noise or excessive heat, etc., the oil pump should be stopped immediately and the fault should be eliminated.

3; Pay attention to whether there is oil leakage at the oil seal. If there is oil leakage, check whether the oil seal is worn or whether the spring is too loose.

4: Always keep the oil pump and working area clean.
