YHCB gear pump is a type of positive displacement pump. It consists of two gears, a pump body and a front and rear cover to form two closed spaces. When the gears rotate, the volume of the space on the gear disengagement side increases from small to large, forming a vacuum, which sucks the liquid in. The volume of the space on the gear meshing side changes from large to small, and the liquid is squeezed into the pipeline. The suction chamber and the discharge chamber are separated by the meshing line of two gears. The material selected for the gear can play a major role. The vehicle-mounted arc pump is installed on the car and driven by the power take-off output shaft of the car's gearbox.

Product installation and maintenance instructions

1. The pump can be installed in refueling vehicles and oil depot pump rooms. The oil circuit installed on the vehicle should comply with the specified functions in Article 4.18.1 of gb9414-88. 2. When installing and using a fuel truck, you should pay attention to:

(1) The pump is driven by the power take-off output shaft of the automobile gearbox. The pump should be installed as far forward as possible, and the inclination angle between the pump shaft and the transmission shaft should not be greater than 7 degrees.

(2) The pump should be installed on a frame welded by angle steel. The height of the pump can be determined according to the axis of the output shaft of the power take-off. The left and right positions of the pump should be as close as possible to the vehicle longitudinal beam (to avoid interference between the pump and the vehicle drive shaft), and be fixed on the vehicle longitudinal beam with bolts.

(3) The suction pipe opening shall not be less than $70MM and the vertical dimension of the suction pipe shall not be greater than 5m.

(4) During operation, the pressure gauge does not exceed 0.5Mpa and the vacuum gauge does not exceed -0.08Mpa.

3. It is forbidden to operate the pump when the inside of the pump is not filled with liquid. Otherwise the seal will be burned.

4. Before operating the YHCB gear pump, the sealing properties of the motor steering, flange and joints should be verified. Carefully check whether each valve is opened and closed correctly. It is forbidden to start the oil pump without opening the pump outlet pipe valve. To avoid accidents.

5. Clean the filter regularly, usually once every half month. To prevent clogging from affecting the flow, check and adjust the oil leakage force of the safety valve frequently. The diameter of the suction pipe orifice shall not be smaller than that of the outlet pipe.

6. The pump should run from small to large, accelerate slowly, and maintain the corresponding speed. It is not allowed to run at excessive speed, nor is it allowed to go up and down suddenly.

7. During the operation of the pump, attention should be paid to observing the readings of the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge. If the pressure gauge reading is too high, it means that the head is too high or the pump outlet pipeline is blocked, causing it to be overloaded. If the vacuum gauge reading is too large, it means that the suction lift is too large or the suction pipe is clogged or the pump is cavitating or

8. If the pump is out of use for a long time, it should be derusted and properly stored.

9. Bearings should be filled with calcium-based grease every six months.

10. The pipeline should have a pipe rack, and the pump is not allowed to bear the load of the pipeline. The installation height of the pump should not exceed the vacuum height allowed when the pump is working.

11. Turn off the motor before stopping, and then close the outlet valve of the pump.
