The 2CG high-temperature gear pump has excellent self-priming properties and does not need to be filled with liquid before starting the pump. It has a simple and compact structure and is easy to use and maintain. The characteristic of this pump is that there is no need to add lubricating oil. The pump body itself can generate lubrication. Secondly, an elastic shaft is used to transmit power, which can compensate for slight deviations caused by installation and play a buffering role when subjected to hydraulic shock.

2CG high temperature gear pump consists of gears, shafts, pump body pump covers, shaft end seals and other parts. All parts are made of suitable temperature-resistant materials. The running parts in the pump are lubricated by the medium it delivers.

2CG high-temperature gear pump, referred to as 2CG high-temperature pump, has excellent self-priming properties. There is no need to pour liquid in before opening the pump. It has a simple and compact structure and is easy to use and maintain.

The 2CG high temperature gear pump is equipped with a valve to prevent damage to the pump and motor caused by overloading.

The 2CG high-temperature gear pump is automatically lubricated by the transported liquid during daily operation. There is no need to add additional lubricating oil and use an elastic coupling to transmit power, which can compensate for minor deviations caused by installation and play a buffering role when subjected to hydraulic shock.

Purpose:

The 2CG high temperature gear pump is suitable for transporting liquids with a temperature of 150℃~300℃ and a viscosity of 5×10-6~1.5~10-8m2/s (5-1500CST). This pump is not suitable for transporting corrosive, particle or fiber, high volatility, low flash point liquids. If there are special needs, special pumps can be made.

2. The three bodies of the gear pump are made of cast iron and steel.

2CG high-temperature gear pump is suitable for transporting high-temperature liquids that do not contain solid particles and fibers and are non-corrosive. The medium temperature can reach 250°C and the viscosity is 5-1500cst.
