ZYB high-temperature insulation pump is a series of new products independently developed by our company. ZYB high-temperature gear oil pump is mainly designed according to the characteristics of my country's fuel industry. It has good adaptability to heavy oil, coal tar, diesel and other low-grade and inferior combustion oils containing impurities.

ZYB high temperature insulation pump is used in petroleum, chemical industry, building materials, daily chemicals, especially road construction equipment, asphalt mixing stations, road fuel injection, joint filling and other mechanical equipment and other burner supporting oil delivery and direct injection occasions.

Please configure a spare pump as appropriate according to your own usage to avoid affecting your use.

This pump is divided into the following five series according to structural characteristics, materials and usage occasions.

The three main parts of the ZYB high-temperature insulation pump (pump body, front cover, and back cover) are made of cast steel. The gears, shafts, and thrust plates are made of alloy structural steel and have been heat-treated to have higher hardness and performance. Mainly used in fuel transportation and low pressure injection situations below 200℃.
